Bendigo and Bundoora libraries to open 24/7 for exams, plus extended hours for Albury-Wodonga

Exams and final assessments can be stressful. But do not worry, there is plenty of support available!

Library opening hours expanded

Night Owls rejoice! The Library is expanding its opening hours in time for the exam period.

From Monday 24 May, Bundoora and Bendigo libraries will be open 24/7, with Albury-Wodonga library open 8:30am-midnight.

The Library Group Study Rooms are also now open in Bendigo and Albury-Wodonga with COVIDSafe guidelines in place. Bookings can be made during staffed hours. Check out the Places to Study page on the Library website for info specific to your campus.

If you’re on campus after dark, the Uni-Safe Service is available to safely escort you to:

  • Campus buildings and car parks
  • On-campus student accommodation
  • Local transport points (Bundoora Campus only)

You can call (03) 9479 2222 to request the Uni-Safe Service.

Support available during exam time

For help with exam revision strategies, why not drop in online for a one-to-one chat with a Peer Learning Advisor?

Because PLAs are students, you’ll connect with someone who understands your experiences! Visit the Learning Hub LMS to see available drop-in times throughout the exam period.

Do you need an eBook for your open book exam? Get in early!

Only a certain number of people can view an eBook at once, which means you could get locked out of the book when you need it.

To avoid this, check out this easy ‘how to’ video to help you download parts of eBooks before your exams or assessments. This will save you so much stress and stop a mid-exam freak out.

If you want more help, take a look at the ebook tip sheet here or contact a librarian through chat or phone.
