Incl(us)ion Forum: Internship and graduate pathways showcase for students from a diverse background

Are you a student or recent graduate from a diverse background?

Are you an Indigenous student? A student with a disability? An LGBTIQA+ student? A student from a refugee/asylum seeker background? Well you’re invited to attend the 2019 Incl(us)ion Forum.

Come along to;

  • hear from and network with employers and organisations,
  • discuss the range of internship and graduate pathways to employment open to you
  • and learn about what support is available when you start looking for a job.

Representatives from Victorian Government Grads program, PwC, VACCA, Australian Network on Disability, Banyule City Council, NDIA, Himilo Community Connect, Victoria Police, Himilo Community Connect and La Trobe University will be attendance on the day to speak with students.

There will also be two Q&A panels – one with employers and another with La Trobe students/graduates who have followed these pathways.

The panels will be “live captioned” and available to students from our regional campuses and others online via ZOOM (a link will be supplied prior). You will also be able to ask questions of the panelists online.

Register online here, but hurry, spaces are limited.

You can also find the event on Facebook here.
