During the current lockdown, the below access is available.
ASK La Trobe
There are four ways to connect with ASK La Trobe virtually, including the virtual ASK La Trobe Drop In.
During any Victorian lockdown, ASK La Trobe will move it’s face-to-face support to be available via the virtual ASK La Trobe Drop In. This means that the ASK La Trobe Drop In will be available daily during a lockdown.

Student IT Support
The Student IT Support team will be available to assist with any issues you are experiencing with La Trobe University Systems online and over the phone.
Health and Wellbeing
Virtual Health and Wellbeing services are available for students from all campuses.
Library
Virtual Library services (including chat and phone support) are available. For more information, visit the COVIDSafe Library website.
If you attend campus at any stage, make sure you follow the Being COVID-Safe on Campus steps at all times. This includes wearing a face mask and signing in via the QR code outside of each building.
