About Exercise Research Australia’s Allied Health Assistance Program

Exercise Research Australia‘s Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy) Program (HLT43015) is a Nationally recognised qualification that enables students to apply for paid work in the allied health industry while completing their bachelor’s degree.

Students completing ERA’s Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy) Program (HLT43015) can choose to concurrently enrol into La Trobe’s Industry Placement elective subject LTU3IND and use the placement through ERA to fulfill the 100-hour placement requirement of the LTU3IND subject

Many La Trobe students have completed the ERA program, which has given ERA a unique insight into students’ career aspirations and placement objectives. ERA has used this knowledge to design practical demonstrations and source guest speakers from leading healthcare organisations to deliver these sessions
