The ACT on Procrastination program\, offered by La Trobe’s Counselling team\, is designed to help you overcome these hurdles – giving you practical tools to shift your mindset and take action. \nWhat you will gain:\nIn this three-session online program\, you will: \n\nUnderstand your personal procrastination patterns.\nLearn strategies to boost motivation and take committed action\nUse strategies to change unhelpful behaviours.\nHave the chance to connect with other students who get it—you’re not in this alone.\n\nSession dates:\nYou attend all three sessions: \n\nWednesdays:\n\n26 August\n9 September\n16 September (there is no session during mid semester break)\n\n\n\nTime: 1.30-3.30pm \nLocation: Online via Zoom (link provided upon registration) \nThis is a small group program.
