DESCRIPTION:Join us during La Trobe Pride Week for a special Finding Pride workshop designed for LGBTQIA+ students. \n\n\n\nThis interactive online workshop offers a welcoming and affirming space to connect with other LGBTQIA+ students\, reflect on shared experiences and develop practical skills to support wellbeing and self-acceptance.  \n\n\n\nTogether\, we’ll explore how self-compassion can help us respond to self-doubt and self-criticism\, celebrate the strengths and resilience within our communities\, and identify small steps towards living authentically and in line with what matters most to us. \n\n\n\nWhether you’re newly exploring your identity\, have been part of the community for years\, or are simply looking to connect with other LGBTQIA+ students during Pride Week\, you’re welcome 🌈 \n\n\n\nWhat to expect: \n\n\n\n\nConnection with other LGBTQIA+ students\n\n\n\nConversations about belonging\, identity and self-acceptance\n\n\n\nPractical self-compassion and wellbeing strategies\n\n\n\nReflection on personal strengths\, values and sources of pride\n\n\n\nA supportive and inclusive environmentNo previous attendance at Finding Pride is required.
