Uni life can be stressful. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, lack motivation or grapple with perfectionism and procrastination.
For University Mental Health Day, we’ve developed a workshop to help you with university-related mental health and wellbeing concerns. Hear stories and learn strategies for overcoming some of the most common challenges. There’ll also be plenty of time to ask questions at the end.
Facilitated by our Peer Learning Advisors (PLAs), this session is run by students, for students. PLAs are experienced students and understand the struggles of university.
