“How are the rising generation remaking the world of gender, sex and identity?”

“What does it mean to live in a body today?”

The School of Humanities and Social Sciences wants you to explore those ideas in poetry – and they’re giving you the time and tools it takes.

The school’s Dr Yves Rees will join writer Quinn Eaves in Bendigo on Tuesday 23 September for a poetry slam workshop.

Head along to room number ET 103 from 3.00-5.30pm, put together a poem of your own and go into the running for a bursary that’ll cover your involvement in October’s NextFest poetry slam in Melbourne.

There’ll even be some afternoon tea on offer while you’re writing.

Register your interest at this link – and put your writing caps on.
