Below the Line LIVE podcast session at Melbourne (Bundoora) campus

Below the Line is a 2022 limited edition podcast breaking free of party, media and populist lines.

Below the Line created by La Trobe University in partnership with The Conversation, hosted by well known broadcaster Jon Faine and joined by political scientists Professor Anika Gauja, Professor Simon Jackman and La Trobe’s own Associate Professor Andrea Carson.

The podcast aims to cut through the election noise and is regularly joined by journalists, activists and politicians in new episodes twice a week. The podcast is produced by Courtney Carthy and Benjamin Clark.

The final episode will be a post-election edition, and will be filmed at our Melbourne (Bundoora) campus in the Upstart Studio.

When: Tuesday 24 May 2022, 12pm – 2pm.

Where: Upstart Studio, Melbourne (Bundoora) campus.

There will also be a FREE Democracy Sausage Sizzle in the Agora between 12pm – 2pm, with free sausages (gluten free/halal) and vegan veggie burgers.

This podcast episode will also be recorded and later be available online.
