Our team have been working hard and having fun welcoming new and returning students to campus for Semester 1, 2022!
If you need help next week with your enrolment, timetabling, fees (or more) you can meet us online or on-campus:
Monday-Thursday
- Face-to-face – 9am – 5pm (Help Zones at all campuses including City)

Friday
- Zoom drop in session – 12noon – 4pm

- ID card pickup (Bundoora campus Help Zone only)
The ASK Me desk will still be open in front of the Bundoora library next week with Hosts available to answer your questions Monday – Friday, 12 noon – 2:30 pm. Our Student Ambassadors are also available 9am – 5pm (Mon – Fri) in the self-service area inside the library to give you advice on completing your enrolment, timetable or other student admin tasks.
Note that the ASK La Trobe phone line will remain closed for now so that we can continue focusing on face-to-face and online support. Please be patient and respect our staff during this busy time.
