ASK La Trobe face-to-face services are coming back to campus

The ASK La Trobe team will be returning to face-to-face operations across all campuses as of Monday 15 March. The HELP zones will be open Monday to Thursday from 9.00am – 5.00pm. For your convenience, support will still be available online and over the phone on these days also.

Visit in person

When visiting the Bundoora, City or Bendigo campus ASK La Trobe HELP zones, we recommend you plan ahead before you arrive. QLess allows you to join our ASK La Trobe queue virtually from your mobile phone or via the web. By joining the queue virtually you can choose to wait anywhere on campus. Once you are near the front of the queue, you will be sent an SMS advising you to return to the ASK La Trobe Help Zone.

To ensure that all of our ASK La Trobe staff are available to assist you at our virtual drop-in sessions, face-to-face and phone services will not be available, so please register for the sessions if you need help during this time.
