The ASK La Trobe team will be returning to face-to-face operations across all campuses as of Monday 15 March. The HELP zones will be open Monday to Thursday from 9.00am – 5.00pm. For your convenience, support will still be available online and over the phone on these days also.

Introducing Virtual Fridays
The virtual drop-in sessions are here to stay. From now on, every Friday will be known as Virtual Friday. These drop-in sessions will be available on Fridays from 12.00pm – 4.00pm AEST. Here you will be able to chat one-on-one with a member of the ASK La Trobe team to get assistance. To ensure that all of our ASK La Trobe staff are available to assist you at our virtual drop-in sessions, face-to-face and phone services will not be available, so please register for the sessions if you need help during this time.

If you’re an offshore international student, you can continue to contact ASK La Trobe via (+61 3) 9479 6000 and request a call back via phone or zoom. You can also receive help by asking a question online or register to attend Virtual Fridays.
