Affected by last week’s LMS outage? Here’s what you can do

We know from our interactions on social media many of you were affected by last week’s LMS outage.

The University wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Below is the University’s response to the service disruption. Read on to find out what you can do if your studies have been impacted.

Dear student,

I write to provide further information and advice regarding the LMS service disruption experienced on Thursday 13 June between approximately 10:15am and 1:15pm.

Sadly, these incidents can occur from time to time, however the timing of yesterday’s outage was particularly unfortunate and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We understand and appreciate that you may have questions regarding this incident and the impact on your studies.

If you have any concerns or questions about this and/or the impact this may have had on your studies, please contact your Subject Coordinator or ASK La Trobe as the first point of contact.
