Advice on Medibank cyber breach

You may have read in the media that Medibank has experienced a serious cyber breach. The Australian Federal Police are investigating the incident, supported by Medibank.

We are aware that staff and students whose private medical insurance is with Medibank may be concerned that they have been affected by the breach.

For those of you who want to keep across the situation, we advise you to read the latest information and FAQs on Medibank’s website and to seek independent advice from trusted sources, including the Australian Cyber Security Centre at cyber.gov.au.
