Graduation season 2022 is kicking off in the regions!
If you’re a regional student and you’re expecting to graduate, read on for some more information on what you can expect.
When are regional graduations?
2022 regional graduations will be held at each regional campus, on the following days/times:
|Albury-Wodonga||2pm on Tuesday 3 May 2022|
|Mildura||1.30pm on Monday 23 May 2022|
|Shepparton||2pm on Monday 30 May 2022|
|Bendigo||Tuesday 10 May – Thursday 12 May 2022 – Bendigo School ceremony times can be found online.|
Who is invited to regional graduation?
You’ll be invited to this round of regional graduations if you’re a regional student from one of the above locations, and if you have a course status of ‘Passed’. You can check both your course location and course status on StudentOnLine.
When will I be invited to graduation?
You’ll receive your invitation around five weeks before the graduation date. The invitation will be sent via email to your nominated email address (the email address listed in Student Online).

How many guests can I bring to graduation?
Ticket prices in 2022 are all-inclusive of three (3) guest tickets. Unfortunately, additional guest tickets will not be available due to venue capacities.
Are there vaccination requirements to attend graduation?
All staff, graduates and visitors wishing to attend ceremonies must be up-to-date with their vaccinations. This complies with the University’s position outlined in the Health and Safety Procedure – COVID-19 vaccination.
Is there anything else I should know?
To make sure the RSVP process goes smoothly, make sure you clear up any outstanding debts or fees. If you owe money to the University, this will prevent you from graduating.
