“Neurodiversity Hub – Realising the Neurodiversity Advantage” webinar

As the signature event of La Trobe’s Inclusion Forum, Neurodiversity experts Beth Radulski (Project Officer: Neurodiversity, La Trobe University) and Andrew Eddy (Founder/Director of Untapped) will discuss the origins of the Neurodiversity Hub community of practice and explore opportunities for implementing change in this space for employers and Higher Education institutions.
This workshop will offer participants insight into:
- Creating a pipeline of work-ready neurodivergent talent, that are typically creative, quick learners, task-focused, attention-to-detail orientated or problem solvers
- Accessing training and resource material to better understand how to work more effectively with neurodiverse people, including employees, customers and supplie
- Providing greater scale and sustainability for neurodivergent employment
- Reducing costs of recruitment, assessment, on-boarding and support
This workshop is free for students and other participants within education, industry and community services.
