Research

Any great University is built on two pillars - teaching and research.  La Trobe University is committed to research within our regional catchments.  There are many of our Mildura campus staff who are research active in our region, these you can read about in our campus profiles section.  There are also many La Trobe academics from our campuses conducting meaningful research in our community.

The last couple of years our local Higher Degree Research students have put on a fun social event, called Research by the River, aimed at showcasing their research to our community.  This event will take place again later in 2018.
