Two of the most important leadership roles in the University are those of the subject and course coordinators. They lead teams, undertake curriculum design, and recruit and manage teaching staff, many of whom are employed on a sessional basis.

Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (GCHE)

The GCHE provides academic staff an opportunity to undertake a teaching qualification that aims to formally credit practice-based learning about teaching, curriculum and leadership. Within the GCHE you have an opportunity to explore your leadership through  Developing Leadership in an Academic Setting (EDU4HEL).
