These sessions use the Pomodoro technique, alternating quiet work time with short breaks (e.g. 25 minutes study, 5 minutes rest). It’s simple, flexible, and surprisingly effective.

Study, read, watch lectures (with earbuds), organise files—whatever you need to work on

Stay for the whole session or drop in and out

Optional goal-setting at the start

Quiet, supportive environment with light facilitation

Many students find that studying alongside others helps with motivation, accountability, and focus.

Sessions are open to everyone, with registrations encouraged due to limited seating.
