Commercial Law and Taxation

Commercial Law and Taxation is a core research strength of La Trobe Law School. Our academics study the way in which a diverse range of commercial activity (involving both governments and private entities) is regulated by law. Particular areas of specialist research include Chinese commercial law, taxation law, banking and finance law and regulation, and insurance law.
