Speaking up and being safe: Providing a safety net

Hilary will present on the outcomes of providing training, communication tools and resources to front-line staff supporting adults with limited communication skills.

Disability support and research in Australia: Through the eyes of a Swedish observer

Magnus will present an outsider’s attempt to summarise his impressions of disability research, support and services for people with disability in Australia. What can be learned when we compare the situation in Australia with Sweden and other Nordic countries?
