This La Trobe Asia Brief explores the key challenges for the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue. Written by sixteen emerging Quad leaders from Australia, the United States, India and Japan, it challenges the Quad to deliver on public goods commitments to strengthen the free and open Indo-Pacific. The paper provides recommendations for how the Quad can strengthen collaboration on grey-zone resilience, geoeconomics, outer space and human security.
This event is a part of the QUADMIN Emerging Leaders Dialogue, bringing together emerging leaders from Australia, the United States, India and Japan. QUADMIN is supported by the U.S. Embassy Canberra.
