Corporate Governance and Interorganisational Partnerships: Digitisation and Deployment of Essential Health and Emergency Systems

Organisations often function sufficiently during routine cycles and activities. When disaster strikes, however, we often discover the depths of the cracks that we ‘paper over’, or the actual rigidity of the systems within which we operate, leading to opportunities and challenges.

Join us as we explore corporate governance, partnerships and entrepreneurial approaches to responsive management. What does it actually mean in emergency situations such as flood, fire, pandemic? What systems are needed to plan and prepare for such events? How does technology apply in governance and does it help?

Introduction by Professor Suresh Srivastava, Director, IIT Kanpur-La Trobe University Research Academy, India

Speakers:

Moderator:

Associate Professor Julie Rudner, Campus Director, Bendigo, La Trobe University

The third monthly webinar in the series presented by the IIT Kanpur-La Trobe University Research Academy in collaboration with ASCRIN.
