The Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society (ARCSHS) and the Gender, Law and Drugs (GLaD) research program at La Trobe University invites you to attend a forum where we will share findings from a three-year study, funded by the Australian Research Council, on people’s experiences following hepatitis C treatment, and the laws, policies and practices that shape stigma and discrimination after cure.
The forum will bring together policymakers, lawyers, researchers, service providers and people with lived experience of hepatitis C and provides an opportunity to discuss some of the benefits and challenges of life after treatment, and to hear about opportunities for reforms that can improve people’s lives and help support the Australia’s hepatitis C elimination agenda
The forum will be a hybrid event, held in Room: 2.15 / Teaching Room 3 (Level 2) at the La Trobe City Campus, 360 Collins Street, Melbourne, and streamed online. To register, please use the Zoom webinar registration, and indicate whether you plan to attend in person or online.
