Submission: Academic Sessions - Conference
The conference will only consider completed papers. Authors are required to submit two copies of the completed paper in pdf format; one with authors’ details and the other without authors’ details. Ideally, each author will present one paper at the conference. If you have submitted more than one paper and multiple papers are accepted by the selection committee for presentation, please ensure that a co-author is available and is willing to present the other paper(s) at the conference.
Authors of accepted papers are expected to act as a discussant in their chosen field of expertise. Please select at least two areas of expertise when you submit papers. If your paper is accepted and if you do not select your areas of expertise, the conference chair at his discretion, will assign you papers to serve as a discussant.
Optional inclusion in conference proceedings - preference must be specified during the online submission process.
Six Conference Best Paper Awards ($1000 each)
Nomination for the selection of conference best paper awards will be considered from each of the following six broader categories. A total of six papers, one from each category, will be selected for conference best paper awards:
- Accounting Information/ Disclosure /Earnings Quality
- Asset Pricing, Market Microstructure and Financial Markets
- Corporate Finance and Financial Intermediations
- Corporate Governance
- Funds Management and Investment: Pension Funds, Mutual Funds and Superannuation
- Behavioral Finance, Digital Finance and Risk Management
Selection Process of Conference Awards - Academic Sessions
Please indicate at the time of submission if you would like your paper to be considered for one of the awards. You can choose only one award category. For each category, a panel of three experts from the program committee will assess the papers to finalize decision for the conference best paper award. Authors should submit their final (blind) version of the paper on or before 15 Feb 2020 with their registration fees for the assessment of award.
Conference Academic Sessions – Important Dates
Submission must follow the submission procedure outlined on the website.
The deadline for submitting papers and consideration for awards is 5 January 2020.
Acceptance of papers will be notified around 15 January 2020.
