Support and contacts

The Educational Technologies Teaching Support Team (also known as EdTech Teaching Support) provide staff with support resources, user training and troubleshooting support for the following educational technologies.

  • Moodle (LMS),
  • Turnitin,
  • Echo360,
  • PebblePad,
  • Blackboard Collaborate,
  • Manage My Subjects, and
  • Zoom (Technical and meeting room queries regarding Zoom should be directed to ICT via Ask ICT)

For support in designing learning and teaching experiences using technology refer to the Educational Design team.

Staff training

The following training can be requested via Ask EdTech:

  • One-to-one consultations - request a training session at a convenient time and place
  • Custom group workshops - request a training session for a group of staff to address a shared need


Staff can request support via Ask EdTech or for more urgent support between 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday call 03 9479 1500 (Option 1 > Option 3).

Non-University staff who deliver into La Trobe University courses can request support via the Get Help from EdTech webform or for more urgent support between 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday call 03 9479 1500 (Option 1 > Option 3).
