Environmental science addresses global issues relating to air, water, land and energy. Develop the knowledge and skills to solve environmental problems such as climate change, sustainability, pollution, soil remediation and degradation, salinisation and water conservation.
Students who include the compulsory subjects for this specialisation within the Bachelor of Science will have their academic record and testamur annotated accordingly, as Bachelor of Science with a specialisation in Environmental Science.
Graduates are prepared for work in government and state departments, not-for-profit organisations, environmental consulting companies, resource management and conservation.
