Master of Management (Corporate Governance and Risk)
Join the fast-growing area of corporate governance and risk management. This course equips you with the knowledge and skills required for effective management and responsible leadership, with a particular emphasis in corporate governance and risk management.
You'll explore a range of corporate governance and risk principles and their application within a quality management framework including elements of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, the role of boards and board meetings, ASX and listing, identification and management of risk and compliance frameworks.
You'll study with students from a diverse mix of academic backgrounds ranging from engineering, humanities and science, to management and business, in a way that facilitates dynamic multidisciplinary innovation and exchange of ideas.
We offer a flexible timetable that allows you to balance your study with other commitments. All core subjects are available as evening classes.

An Australian Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an approved equivalent qualification. Admission may be granted to applicants without an undergraduate degree but with five or more years of relevant work experience.
NB: Meeting minimum prerequisites does not guarantee an offer of a place. Entry into all La Trobe courses is based on competitive selection and there may be limited places available.
Graduates may find roles in the management discipline and/or specifically in a broad range of roles in corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
Graduates of the Master of Management (Corporate Governance and Risk) may apply for membership with the Governance Institute of Australia and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Membership may be subject to additional or ongoing requirements beyond completion of the degree. Please contact the relevant professional body for details.
Fees and costs
$28,000 per 120 credit points.
