Areas of study include:

Communications Engineering: telecommunications systems, optical

communications, signal and image processing.

Electronic Systems Engineering: biomedical, electronic design automation,

semiconductor materials and devices.

The qualification awarded on graduation is recognised in the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) as Level 9.

Appropriate Bachelor’s degree in electronics and/or communications leading to the degree of Master of Engineering by research
