Professional background/experience

Over her career, Julie has had the opportunity to fulfil roles as a consultant, a software vendor and a CIO. As such, she has acted in the role of Program Director, Program Sponsor and/or Client Service Delivery Leader. This gives her a unique perspective on the challenges, risks and opportunities of delivering major programs across multiple industry sectors and corporations, and, an unwavering focus on achieving the agreed program outcomes, not just executing to agreed program plans.

Julie was a partner with KPMG over the past 8 years and has more than 30 years experience in the management of large scale transformation programs and the implementation of new operating models, the re-engineering of processes and the deployment of new systems.

Julie’s current Board portfolio includes Seek, IRESS and AFIC, Datacom, Yooralla, LifeBlood and PartnersLife. Julie’s most recent executive advisory roles have been with Stockland and Asahi where she has, and continues to act in the capacity of independent advisor and coach to key executives accountable for the delivery of significant business and technology transformation programs.
