About La Trobe Communication Clinic

La Trobe Communication Clinic provides high quality speech pathology and audiology services to the community from its location within La Trobe University's Bundoora campus in Melbourne's North. We can help you with a range of general and specialist services in voice, fluency (stuttering), preschool speech and language, paediatric audiology and early literacy development.

Part of the School of Allied Health, Human Services and Sport we are a major provider of clinical placements for students enrolled in undergraduate and post graduate speech pathology courses at La Trobe University. For information on our health degrees.

All our clinical programs are delivered by students under the direct supervision of highly qualified staff.

QIC - QIP Accreditation

La Trobe Communication Clinic has been awarded full accreditation against the QIC Health and Community Services Standards 7th Ed. Accreditation is awarded for three years.  Accreditation provides independent recognition that we are committed to safety and quality.

Communication Access Symbol

La Trobe Communication Clinic has been awarded the Communication Access Symbol. This means we have met the standards that make our clinic communication accessible. We are committed to communicating effectively and respectfully with customers who have communication difficulties, and we use strategies and resources to support successful communication.
