The Phyllis Palmer Gallery is a space dedicated to showing new work by graduates, current students and associates of the La Trobe University Creative Arts Department, as well as those that have had connections with La Trobe University.

The La Trobe Art Institute (LAI) gallery is located at 121 View Street, Bendigo, and is open to students and the general public. Regular exhibitions of contemporary and historic art are curated by LAI curators, artists-in-residence and other practising artists.
