Brief profile

Susan Inglis has spent over 20 years as a management consultant.  Her early consulting was to the franchise sector and in executive recruitment, before she started Inglis Consulting in 2001. Clients have been managers in the diverse fields of franchising, finance, business and infrastructure, disability, housing, sustainability and environment. This experience is coupled with ten years of postgraduate study in organisational learning, leadership and management, culminating in a Doctor of Business Administration awarded in 2013. Since 2009, Susan has combined consulting with lecturing in leadership and management to MBA students at RMIT and now La Trobe University. Her breadth of consulting has enabled an understanding of the real issues faced by leader-managers in business, which is used to teach students and workshop participants principles, competencies and models for them to be even more effective at work.
