About the College
"La Trobe has a distinguished tradition of engaged research and expanding educational opportunity for the communities it serves. Building on this tradition the new College has a critical role in the University's strategy and future development. We want to create a College which is a dynamic academic community, a flourishing academic community; one in which students are inspired by their teachers, and indeed teachers inspire research that has a great impact beyond the University and upon the community and the great issues of today."
Emeritus Professor Anthony McGrew, Inaugural Pro Vice-Chancellor for the College of ASSC
