Vaccination procedure consultation

The Procedure can be accessed via the University’s Policy Bulletin Board and instructions for submitting feedback are included on the bulletin board.

The Procedure will be supported by the following related documents that will be finalised post the consultation period:

• Designated La Trobe University Campus Zone Maps
  
  This will link to a series of maps for each University location which will outline the areas of the campus that are part of the ‘zone’ where the vaccination requirement will apply. Areas that are proposed to be outside of the zone are large outdoor areas at the perimeter of the location (including car parks, walking paths etc), and some outdoor areas such as the outdoor sporting facilities. All buildings and indoor areas will be included in the ‘zone’ noting that there are exemptions in the Procedure for unvaccinated people to attend a ‘zone’ in accordance with the Procedure.

• COVID-19 Vaccination Status Process (Schedule)

This schedule will outline the evidence requirements and process for the different cohorts of people outlined within the Procedure to provide evidence of their vaccination status or Medical Contraindication to the University.
