Internal Transfers
In considering transfer applications, Selection Officers consider a range of criteria including the student's ENTER, results and progress in their current course. Pre-requisite requirements must also be met. The aim is to approve applicants who meet a comparable standard of entry to those applicants who apply through VTAC. These criteria will apply to both students applying to transfer from one course to another and to students applying to transfer from a Full Fee paying place to a Commonwealth Supported Place within the same or a different course.
All transfer applications will be subject to the availability of places in the course applied for.
If you are considering transferring to another course in 2009, you must submit your re-enrolment plan in your current course via StudentOnLine. Your application for transfer to a new course must be separately submitted to and approved by the Faculty administering the new course. Transfer applications close on Friday 28 November 2008. Application forms and new HECS forms can be collected from the Faculty Office.
For those students considering transfer to the Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2009, you must apply through VTAC. Please refer to the Pharmacy website for further information.
If you are currently enrolled in one of the following courses and are required to transfer to the Bundoora campus in 2009, please submit a transfer application form to Rachel Bahrij (Albury-Wodonga). Please note that there is no need for you to re-enrol via StudentOnLine.

- Bachelor of Biological Science – Albury-Wodonga campus
- Bachelor of Chemical Science – Albury-Wodonga campus

Each year students are advised via the Faculty's Policy and Administration Guide on the procedures in place for the acceptance and consideration of transfer applications, including the submission date. Please refer to section 2.5 of the Guide for further information.
