Notes:

1. MALDI-TOF (PMF) or ESI MS Esquire 6000 service include, MS data acquisition, Mascot database searching and a standard report. Prices for samples that result in one or more database matches are the same as the price for samples where no significant match is found.

2. LC ESI MS service include reverse phase LC and MS data acquisition, Mascot database searching and a standard report. Prices for samples that result in one or more database matches are the same as the price for samples where no significant match is found.

3. LC ESI MS/MS or MALDI-TOF/TOF (PMF + MS/MS) service include reverse phase LC and MS data acquisition, Mascot database searching and a standard report. Prices for samples that result in one or more database matches are the same as the price for samples where no significant match is found.

4. Special sample treatment includes other services such as extracting proteins from samples, depleting high abundant proteins, 1D SDS or 2D gel electrophoresis for protein separation, HPLC for protein separation and image analysis. Please contact MSPF discussing the scope of the services and the fees before submitting samples for these services.

Fee Policies

The fee represents cost recovery for personnel and consumables, NOT for mass spec expertise. If MS expertise is required, then a collaboration should be discussed with the manger.
