Department of Mathematics and Statistics
Welcometo the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at La Trobe University.
We have a reputation as one of Australia's most progressive teaching departments in the Mathematical Sciences, a place where students actively learn Maths and Stats in an informal environment.
We are also a very active research department, recognised by the University as an area of research strength, and with many international and national connections.
If you are interested in postgraduate study in Maths or Stats you've come to the right place!
