StudentOnLine is normally unavailable between 6 pm and 10 pm every Thursday in order for system maintenance to be carried out. To access your La Trobe student email account simply click on the link below. SUDENTONLINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE StudentOnLine will be closed from midnight 4 December and will re-open on Monday 7 December. StudentOnLine will shut for maintenance on 20 December and will re-open on 21 December to allow for 2009 re-enrolment. StudentOnLine will be unavailable over the Christmas period from 5:00pm on Tuesday 23 December, 2008 and will re-open on Monday 5 January, 2009. RELEASE OF RESULTS Listed below is the release of results date for Semester 2, 2008. You can view your results by logging onto StudentOnLine. Note: Students will also receive results via email - please check your La Trobe University email account progressively.
You may experience a delay when accessing StudentOnLine due to heavy student activity. Please try again later. RE-ENROLMENT 2009 StudentOnLine has now closed for re-enrolment. It will re-open on 15 December and close on 23 December 5:00pm. Please be advised that this is the last opportunity to re-enrol for 2009 without incurring a late enrolment fee of $105.00 (subject to change). Please note that StudentOnLine will be unavailable on the 20 December due to maintenance. Unless advised otherwise, continuing undergraduate, graduate diploma, masters preliminary and masters by coursework students, excluding those enrolled offshore (overseas), will be required to re-enrol using StudentOnLine on the web.
Failure to re-enrol during the specified period may result in your re-enrolment being declined or being accepted on a provisional basis, subject to quota limits. A late enrolment fee of $105.00 (subject to change) will be applied if re-enrolment for 2009 occurs after 5:00pm on 23 December 2008. Higher degree by research candidates who are reading towards a degree by thesis will not be required to re-enrol. Professional Doctorate students must see their course administrator for re-enrolment instructions. COURSE PROGRESSION If you fail any units(subjects) during the year, you should check your progression status to see if you are required to "Show Cause". You can view information regarding your enrolment and progression status via StudentOnLine under "COURSE", then "COURSE PROGRESSION". If you are required to "Show Cause", you will receive notification via your La Trobe student email account explaining what action you need to take. If you do not receive notification from your Faculty by 5 January 2009 you should contact your Faculty Office immediately. "Show Cause" comments will be available on StudentOnLine prior to the University closedown on 23 December 2008. For information on how to order an Academic Transcript, follow the link to http://www.latrobe.edu.au/acadserv/current/transcripts.html COURSE COMPLETIONS/QUALIFICATIONS Course Completions/Qualifications are normally available within 10 working days from the release of results. If you require an Academic Transcript or a "To Whom It May Concern" letter showing your course completion/qualification details, please ensure you request your Academic Transcript or "To Whom It May Concern" letter to be provided showing these details.
