Positive workplace behaviours

La Trobe University is committed to providing you with a safe and healthy work environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and bullying.

To achieve this, everyone has rights and responsibilities under legislation and La Trobe University's policies.

During this interactive module, you will work through scenarios based on real anti-discrimination cases decided by Australian courts and tribunals.

This module uses adult-based learning, which recognises that you already have some knowledge about discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment, so sometimes you will be asked questions before being given the answers. This allows you to reflect on your existing knowledge.
