SEAS - Access and Equity
SEAS Access and Equity is open to applicants whose education generally has been adversely affected in the long term by their life circumstances.
Below is a list of Access and Equity categories that La Trobe University's selection officers will consider, provided the factors are not likely to prevent the applicant from being successful at University studies and the applicant has lodged an application with VTAC.
Category 1: Mature Age Entry
Category 2: Non-English Speaking Background
Category 3: Recognition as an Indigenous Australian
Category 4: Difficult Family Circumstances
Category 5: Disadvantaged Socio-Economic Background
Category 6: Rural or Isolated Applicants
Category 7: Underrepresented Schools - Schools Access La Trobe (SALT) Scheme
Category 9: Disability or Long-term Medical Condition
Category 10: Refugee Status
