STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING OASIS
OASIS is accessed through the Visual Arts webpage
under
Information for Current Students
OASIS can be logged into from outside the
University and from an outside ISP. You do not need to be on Campus
to use OASIS.
To log out of OASIS close the Browser
If you can not access OASIS you may not be enrolled correctly. Please
see Course Administrator, Jennifer Uren, as soon as possible to check
your enrolment.
SELECTING YOUR DISCIPLINE AREA/TUTORIAL:
- Choose Bendigo
- Click on Student Menu in Oasis
- To Login: Enter Student ID (use your Student
Online username), enter Password
(use your
Student Online Password) click on Submit
- Click on Select Class (select School and Location
using drop down menu)
- Click on Submit
- Select Subject using drop down menu
- Click on Submit
- Select one tutorial class and click on Submit
- Click on Student Menu (repeat above steps for other
subjects using OASIS)
- Click on Print Page to obtain a printout of your
OASIS enrolments
TO CHANGE FROM THE TUTORIAL SELECTED
If you vary your enrolment or wish to change a tutorial booking,
you must remove your name from any unwanted tutorial class,
otherwise that tutor may assume that you are not attending tutorials
and mark you down for non-attendance.
See above steps for logging in to Oasis and click on Unselect Class and
follow the steps.
