PUBLIC LECTURE- Opportunity to meet Greg Shelnutt, artist and educator from North Carolina, USA.

The La Trobe University Visual Arts Centre is delighted to welcome Greg Shelnutt as our Artist in Residence for July.Greg is a sculptor and the Director of Visual Arts at the North Carolina School of the Arts. He is here at 121 View Street via The Surdna Arts Teachers Fellowship Program (New York, NY), as well as support from the Faculty Development Fund of the North Carolina School of the Arts.

On Wednesday July 30 at 6pm Greg will give a Public Lecture in the Brockley Auditorium at the Visual Arts Centre. There is no charge and everyone is welcome. Greg will discuss his work and experiences as a practicing artist and educator since graduating from the East Carolina University in Greenville USA in 1985.
