The Intranet will provide staff with a tool that brings together content that's only of interest to staff and organises it in a way that makes sense. Replacing the current staff web page, the Intranet has resulted from a long development process, spanning the definition of user needs to pre-launch user testing.
Recent user testing has informed some final amendments in order to get the intranet ready for release before the end of this year. Staff will have the opportunity to learn more about what they can do with the intranet at demonstrations at all campuses in December. Dates of these sessions to be publicised soon.
We are confident that staff will appreciate the improved navigation and layout and that news and information will be delivered in such a user-friendly way.
