Unit Description:	A limited number of students majoring in European Cultures may be permitted to take an individual reading subject. After consultation with an appropriate member of staff who agrees to act as a supervisor students should submit details of the proposed topic, including a bibliography and a proposed schedule of assignments, for approval by the European Studies co-ordinator.
Prerequisites:	approval of the program coordinator

Class Requirements:	regular supervision sessions and other requirements throughout the semester as arranged for each individual student
