| Unit Description: | In this subject students consider how to communicate and interpret commercial and economic information in terms of statistical measures. The probability approach is introduced, with applications to inferential statistics and hypothesis testing using sampling distributions in the realms of economics and commerce. Simple linear regression and testing for various hypotheses in business, economics and finance is also covered. |
