| Unit Description: | In this subject students are introduced to texts of major literary importance in the original Greek. We bgin with a focussed study of Athenaze, vol II and move on to famous ancient Greek orators such as Lysias. The works for special study will be extracts from selected Greek historians, orators, and playwrights, as well as non-literary sources, especially inscriptions. |
| Prerequisites: | ANG2BEA or equivalent |
| Class Requirements: | one 3-hour workshop per week. For a pass in this subject students must normally attend at least 80% of the workshops |
