To renew your current myki card, you will need to re-submit the Myki Commuter Club Application Form [PDF 91KB] at least four weeks prior to the expiry date of your current myki pass. Please remember to tick off the respective renewal box. Once you have completed the form, send to travelsmart@latrobe.edu.au. You must provide your current myki pass number. The Environmental Operations Department will get in touch with you shortly after you have submitted your form.
The renewal process normally takes up to two and a half weeks.
How will I know when my myki pass expires?
You will see the expiry date on the myki reader every time you touch on and off.
How will my new myki pass be loaded onto my card?
Your new pass will be loaded onto your existing card. The new pass will only activate once the old pass has expired. You will not receive a new physical card.
