Carpool
In 2012, La Trobe University introduced an improved carpooling system that is available at each of its campuses. Designed for staff, students and the wider La Trobe community the system co-ordinates carpooling for each campus and is available to guests who are visiting the University.
It is easy to find someone who works in your building, lives close to you, and has similar working or studying hours.
One of a number of sustainability initiatives underway at the University, carpooling is a cheap and environmentally friendly way to travel, the University also allocates all green painted car parks specifically for carpooling members, saving time on those busy semester days.
