IMPORTANT - The "TIMETABLE ADDITION" and "AMENDMENT FORM " pages should be used to advise the timetable team of changes to an existing timetable
Printable Forms - All Campuses 2013
These forms can be printed as blank forms, distributed to and completed by all teaching staff. Completed forms should be returned to your School Administrator, who will then forward the School response to the Campus Timetable Office no later than Friday 22nd June 2012.

- Staff unavailability form [DOCX 31KB] All Staff must complete and forward to your School Administrator.
- Course forms [DOCX 18KB] Used for new courses and new Subjects introduced to existing courses, also used for "Common elective combinations"
- Subject alteration form [DOCX 26KB] Used for various modes of timetable alteration & cancellation for new timetable Subjects.
