Web Room Booking:

A new Web Room Booking system is available for online ad-hoc bookings of central teaching space at:

2015 Room Bookings
2016 Room Bookings

The online facility is available to staff only. Student Group and external booking requests or enquiries may be made using the Room Booking Request form below.

Please refer to the Quick Reference Guide before using Web Room Bookings for the first time.

The teaching timetable has first priority with venue allocation. Booking requests will be available for this year and for next year after the October release of the provisional timetable.

When you make a booking, the system will automatically respond by email with either a confirmed or unconfirmed status. An unconfirmed status simply means that the venue requested is central to the production of teaching timetable, requiring review. Room Bookings staff will respond within three working days confirming the booking or advising when you will receive confirmation.
